HT has independently developed high-voltage superjunction (SJ) MOSFETs for high-power power supply applications, utilizing advanced multi-layer epitaxy and injection technologies. These devices feature industry-leading specific on-resistance (Rsp) and figure of merit (FOM, defined as Rsp × Qg). HT’s SJ MOSFETs not only adopt an optimized cell structure but also feature specially refined transition and termination designs, offering advantages such as high current density, strong short-circuit capability, fast switching speed, and excellent usability. These features meet customer demands for high efficiency and high reliability.

To meet the stringent energy efficiency requirements of high-power power supplies, HT also offers synchronous rectification solutions using its medium- and low-voltage SGT MOSFETs. HT’s SGT MOSFETs are widely used in applications such as switching power supplies, motor drives, and battery management systems (BMS). When HT’s SJ MOSFETs are used together with SGT MOSFETs, they enable higher conversion efficiency, robust performance, and lower system costs, making them well-suited for high-efficiency, high-standard power supply applications.
